Each session includes the following:
- 2 Workouts per week in a small group format

- Before and after fitness assessments, measurements and photos

- An additional weekly workout that you can do at home!
- An additional recipe you can try at home!
- Weekly challenges that will help you meet your weight loss and fitness goals!
