Body Back Boost is a weekly drop-in workout offered in our FIT4MOM Eastside Studio in Redmond Town Center. Classes are one hour long and targets every muscle in your body! If you would like to join us please wear sturdy shoes and bring a yoga mat and water. Pre enrollment is encouraged.
