FREE Form and Injury Prevention Workshop with Kate Winzig

Join us as we learn from Kate Winzig, DPT on how to have proper form with common exercises performed in our FIT4MOM classes, and introduce new stretches, exercises, and massage techniques that can be helpful in combating and preventing common injuries that can come along with motherhood.

Who is Kate WINZIG, DPT? She has a doctorate in physical therapy from USC and has been practicing for 13 years, specializing in orthopedic ailments ranging from sports injuries, age related ailments, and pain challenges for pre and post-natal mammas. She also has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in physiology. An equally important credential for leading this course is that she is a mama to 3 kiddos (ages 5, 7, and 9), so she is quite familiar with the crazy (and amazing!) changes that our bodies go through with motherhood
