Power Yoga

This one-hour flow is designed to invigorate your body and get your heart pumping. While still staying true to the mantra, "your practice is a moving meditation", this class will pick up the pace just a bit, while we will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Please bring your own mat.
