TRX Sculpt

TRX Sculpt is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels. Unlike other TRX classes, in TRX Sculpt, you will spend the entire class in studio and on the straps.
