Virtual Body Back 8 Week Session

Body Back is an eight-week, results based journey that will change how you feel about yourself. Here you will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being. Our Virtual Body Back Transformation includes:

· 2 weekly Live Zoom HIIT workouts (and access to recordings)

· Before and After photos and physical assessments to measure your progress

· Weekly (confidential) weigh-ins

· Digital nutrition guide and recipe book that includes 100 whole food recipes, meal and fitness planner, and food journal

· Accountability Coach who will motivate, encourage and provide personalized support

· Registered Dietitian on staff offering valuable nutrition information

· Private Facebook group for community support, motivation, and inspiration

· Free unlimited access to our Virtual Workout Room offering an additional 8 classes per week.
