Stretch, strengthen and find steadiness in this flow yoga class. Throughout the one hour practice, we will combine different postures with breath in a vinyasa-style class designed to open and engage all muscle groups. We will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Expecting moms welcome! Please bring your own mat.
