FIT4MOM® provides classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood!
FIT4BABY prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for
pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare
your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You
can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal
workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute
workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and
ends with a relaxing meditation; everything mama-to-be needs during
this precious time as you grow your little one!
Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your
endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training
your body to perform with precision between aerobic
steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in
this 60-minute workout. This class is great for any woman looking to add
a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule. Strollers are welcome but optional as well.
Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!
Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Are you a seasoned runner wanting to increase your pace or mileage?
Run Club is for all ability levels. Let our coaches guide you through your training, providing you with accountability and support to help you reach your running goals. Our virtual 8-week Run Club session includes:
- An individualized weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build-up your mileage gradually
- Training workshop day to develop proper running form and speed
- Informative emails discussing running-related subjects, such as proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
- Regular check-ins from your coaches to make sure you're staying on track
- A private closed Facebook group for all participants
- A supportive community of other Run Club women to encourage and motivate you

Holiday HIIT Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training, drop-in
workout held on holidays. HIIT workouts

Body Back is a results-based program that combines two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week with nutritional coaching, food journals, meal planning, recipes, nutritional support, before/after fitness assessments, body measurements, and photos, at-home workouts and an amazing community of women.more
This one-hour flow is designed to invigorate your body and get your heart pumping. While still staying true to the mantra, "your practice is a moving meditation", this class will pick up the pace just a bit, while we will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Please bring your own mat.
