FIT4BABY prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything mama-to-be needs during this precious time as you grow your little one!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

TRX Sculpt is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels. Unlike other TRX classes, in TRX Sculpt, you will spend the entire class in studio and on the straps. more

HIIT Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training, drop-in workout at our FIT4MOM Eastside Studio in Redmond Town Center. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Are you a seasoned runner wanting to increase your pace or mileage?

Run Club is for all ability levels, no experience required. Our certified FIT4MOM Eastside Run Club coaches will guide you through your training, helping you safely build and improve your running skills through accountability and support.

Our 8-week Run Club session includes:

  • An individualized weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build-up your mileage gradually
  • Digital Run Club Resource Guide that includes education and information to support your in your training
  • Informative emails discussing running-related subjects, such as proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • Regular check-ins from your coaches to keep you accountable
  • A private closed Facebook group for all participants
  • Weekly stretching and conditioning exercises provided to help enhance and support your training
  • A supportive community of other Run Club women to encourage, motivate you, and cheer you on
  • A "Finish Line" In-Person or Virtual race to conclude the session after Week 8
  • Weekly, In-person Run Club meets on Sunday mornings.

Stretch, strengthen and find steadiness in this flow yoga class. Throughout the one hour practice, we will combine different postures with breath in a vinyasa-style class designed to open and engage all muscle groups. We will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. Class will include seated and standing poses, movement, stretching and close with a brief meditation. All levels of yogis are invited and the Studio will not be heated. Expecting moms welcome! Please bring your own mat.

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this 60-minute workout. This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule. Strollers are welcome but optional as well.

Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby"! Family Stroller Strides classes happen on weekends and holidays and spouses can come to class with a Stroller Strides member or punch card holder for FREE! Just let your spouse use your extra bands and bring an additional yoga mat if wanted.

Join us Friday, June 11th at 6pm for our first Mom's Night Out in over a year! We are so excited to see you all and for you to meet Christina Hillsberg, author of "License to Parent" Christina and Ryan Hillsberg are former spies with more than twenty years experience working at the Central Intelligence Agency. She will be there to read excerpts from her book on how her career as a spy helped her raise resourceful and self-sufficient kids. She'll be available for questions as well and book signing.

New to fitness or looking to perfecting your workout form? This is the class for you! Join our FIT4MOM Instructor, Erica, for a 30-minute class! She will review staple exercises that we use in FIT4MOM classes and teach you proper exercise technique and form. This class will be held virtually. Please be sure to enroll so you receive the private Zoom link and password.

Join us as we learn from Kate Winzig, DPT on how to have proper form with common exercises performed in our FIT4MOM classes, and introduce new stretches, exercises, and massage techniques that can be helpful in combating and preventing common injuries that can come along with motherhood.

Who is Kate WINZIG, DPT? She has a doctorate in physical therapy from USC and has been practicing for 13 years, specializing in orthopedic ailments ranging from sports injuries, age related ailments, and pain challenges for pre and post-natal mammas. She also has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in physiology. An equally important credential for leading this course is that she is a mama to 3 kiddos (ages 5, 7, and 9), so she is quite familiar with the crazy (and amazing!) changes that our bodies go through with motherhood
