What is included in an eight-week session of Body Back?

Each session includes the following:

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
  • Body Back approved recipes
  • Before and after fitness assessments, measurements and photos
  • Online food coaching by our FIT4MOM Registered Dietitians
  • Online food journals and support
  • An additional weekly workout that you can do at home!
  • An additional recipe you can try at home!
  • Weekly challenges that will help you meet your weight loss and fitness goals!
