Fit Foodie Friday: Apple Banana Oat Muffins

I’m always looking for new recipes to use my browning bananas, and this one fits the bill! It incorporates lots of clean ingredients with our WA favorites — the apple! I followed this recipe exactly as written, and once the muffins were cooled, placed them in a large ziploc bag into the freezer. I pull one out in the morning for Luke’s lunchbox or with an afternoon cup of coffee. They are also great as a post-workout snack!
