Fit Foodie Friday: Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins

These delicious muffins are sweetened by a small amount of maple syrup and the natural sweetness of apples and applesauce. I love baking with Kodiak Cake because of the added protein and simplicity. It’s a game changer.

I followed the recipe exactly as written, but would suggest doubling this particular recipe if you want a big batch, because as written, this only makes 6 muffins. I enjoyed this yummy treat with an iced coffee before picking Luke up from preschool. Muah, my loves! Xoxo
