I love oatmeal during the fall and winter! I get excited when I find a recipe I haven’t tried and it turns out great!
Oatmeal is filling and can be easily doubled or tripled for meal prep. It truly makes those hectic mornings a little less chaotic.
I made this as is and used unsweetened almond milk. I think any milk would be good here. I like using frozen blueberries and topping with either pecans or walnuts, plus hemp seed for a little extra pow of protein! Oh, and cinnamon.... lots of cinnamon. Enjoy, lovelies! xoxo
