Oatmeal is one of my go-to breakfasts, especially before a run or hard workout. It’s gives me sustained energy, it’s super filling and versatile! I usually double this recipe in the Instantpot and pre-portion for quick meals throughout the week.
I love this one because it’s super basic, then you can add any fruit, nuts or toppings that you like, such as diced apples, walnuts, almonds, honey, berries, peaches, nectarines, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, etc. My go-to is apples, raisins, walnuts and lots of cinnamon! Enjoy!!!!
