With September comes all the things Fall—colorful leaves, cooler nights, football and comforting soups and chilis! This one is super easy, healthy and is great for a weeknight dinner or football Sunday with family and friends!
The finished product is so flavorful and a tiny bit spicy; we added green onions as a fresh garnish. You could also add cheese, avocado or a dollop of sour cream.
