My muffin obsession continues, ladies! This recipe uses Kodiak Cake mix that has a whopping 14 grams of protein! Plus the use of Greek yogurt packs even more of a protein punch. Perfect for little growing bodies! This recipe also incorporates frozen berries, which is super convenient if you have some stashed away in the freezer. I subbed olive oil for the coconut oil and skipped the melting step, and the muffins turned out great!!!!
