Summer is for salad and lighter grilled dishes and I love easy, homemade dressings that elevate the flavors of seasonal produce! This dressing uses pantry staples and is so easy to put together using a small mason garden for mixing and storage. I added a small squeeze of honey for a bit of natural sweetness and it really brings out the tartness of the vinegar and Dijon. This is wonderful on a basic garden salad, as well as cold quinoa/pasta, fish, chicken or drizzled over grill veggies. Enjoy! Muah!
