We are lovers of everything Brussels sprouts, but this recipe elevated the yummy roasted flavor of this favorite seasonal veggie! The parmesan adds a salty crunch to this dish and this easy side pairs well with pasta, a grilled meat or even as an appetizer. This would also be great as a holiday side. I’ve found that smaller sprouts tend to work best as well as fresh grated Parmesan, if you can. Also, this veggie can take a good bit of seasoning. I hope you love this as much as we did.
