Happy Summer, beautiful mamas!
This is the very easiest of sweet berry smoothies using all the berries that are in season right now. You don’t need any added sugar because of the natural sweetness of these seasonal fruits and this is packed with lots of protein!
This recipe makes 2-3 servings and is kiddo approved! Woot woot!
- 1 c rinsed and chopped fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
- 1/2 Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 overripe banana
- Small handful of spinach or kale
- 1 c - 1.5 c milk (any milk you like)
- A few ice cubes
Add all ingredients to blender. Slowly add milk and ice cubes until you get to your desired thickness! Enjoy ;)
