Lots of mamas from Fit4Baby and Body Back, but also stay active with my son William who is 3, and baby boy #2 who is due to arrive soon!

FIT4MOM has been an incredible outlet for me to focus on my own health! The class times and support network has brought back my love for exercise.

I am a technical recruiter.

Share your thoughts on the concept of “it takes a village” – is it important for moms to join a village?

FIT4MOM has been such a great ‘village’ of moms I may not have met otherwise. I appreciate how honest and helpful everyone is before, during and after class. I love getting advice from moms with older kids, and being able to share my experiences as well. FIT4MOM definitely fosters an inclusive ‘village’ that has made me feel welcome.

What is your favorite beverage?

Water is what I drink the most of, but I love a cappuccino.

What is your favorite dessert?

Tiramisu

You are given 4 hours of FREE babysitting. What would you do?

A fun date night with my husband, James.

What is your ultimate child-free vacation destination?

Cinque Terre, Italy

How has becoming a mother changed you?

I don’t sweat the small stuff as much as I used to before my son was born. I try to spend my energy on the things that matter!

I am happiest when...

I’ve had a full night of sleep, a workout and can spend quality time with my son and husband. Even if we’re just hanging out at home!
