I joined FIT4BABY in 2015 during my first pregnancy.

I just completed Run Club and I do Stroller Strides.
Who is/are your workout buddy(ies) and their age(s)?
Georgia (4 months) and Hudson (3 years), when he isn't in school
What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM?
The best thing about FIT4MOM (other than the really great workouts!) is how welcoming everyone is, the whole village!
What is your current job? Or what did you do before staying at home (if you don't currently work outside the home)?
I am an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte.
Share your thoughts on the concept of "it takes a village“ is it important for moms to join a village?
It is critical to have a village! Once you become a mom, everything changes. You need the village to support you through each change and phase of motherhood. These tiny humans can be so weird and you need the confidence to function and the encouragement to learn to adapt to the weirdness! By sharing experiences and stories with other moms, it normalizes the strange experiences of motherhood and equips you to handle each new situation.
What is your favorite beverage?
A glass of Cabernet Sauvignon or Sauvignon Blanc.
What is your favorite dessert?
Chocolate éclair cake.
You are given 4 hours of FREE babysitting. What would you do?
I would workout, then go wine tasting with friends (and my husband, if he'd want to go!)
What is your ultimate child-free vacation destination?
I would go to an all-inclusive five-star resort in the tropics. It must have a poolside room with a lazy river. Bring on the Miami vices and sunscreen!
How has becoming a mother changed you?
It has helped put everything in perspective. I used to have anxiety when things didn't go to plan, which was hard in a high stress career. Now I ask myself if everyone is alive and reasonably healthy, and move on :).

I watch my kids love on each other, laughing and smiling together.
