Run Club is back and even better for 2018, with our amazing and accomplished running coach, Melissa Mazor.
Start running. Get back into running. Just have the courage to start, we'll help with the rest. We will create an individualized training plan to help you meet your running goal. You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance.
All levels welcome. Run Club is co-ed and little ones in a stroller are welcome!
Run Club includes coaching, group runs, and individual training schedules to help you meet your running goal, whether it's a 5k, 10k or a Half marathon!
We meet for eight weeks on Sunday mornings at 8am starting March 4!
