Our Classes



TRX Suspension Training is quickly becoming one of the most versatile and comprehensive total body workouts. TRX Suspension Training helps mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength and heart health. TRX Suspension Training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless.



FIT4BABY is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute class includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!



Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.



Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.



Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.



Body Back is an eight-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support, at-home workouts and an amazing community of women. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.


HIIT Body Back Boost

HIIT Body Back Boost is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.


Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded people, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other runners. No running experience required!



Stretch, strengthen and find steadiness in this flow yoga class. For 60 minutes, we will combine different postures with breath in a vinyasa-style class designed to open and engage all muscle groups. We will move through a variety of poses designed to help us find stability, power and grace. All levels of yogis are invited, and the studio will not be heated. Expecting moms welcome! Please bring your own mat and water.

We know the days are looooong right now but being quarantined doesn't have to stop you from getting out and getting a dose of fresh air and those feel-good endorphins to break up your days. Whether running is new to you, you're a seasoned runner, or you just need a mental break to reset during these stressful days, our virtual Run Club training program can be tailored to you. This is a self-paced program you can take at your stride. Plus, it's social-distancing approved! You can train on your time with the benefit of our specialized coaching. We can help you reach your distance goal, whatever that looks like for you. Run Club Starts June 7th! You do not have to attend other FIT4MOM programs in order to sign up for Run Club! All running abilities are welcome! Our 8-week Run Club training program is now enrolling and our coaches, Katie and Julia, can't wait to meet you (virtually)! Message us for more details!
