Who is/are your workout buddy(ies) and their age(s)? Leon is 2 years old, and nameless baby girl still in my belly ;)
What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM? OUR VILLAGE! I appreciate the support we can get from other moms and I LOVE the social events!
What is your current job? Or what did you do before staying at home (if you don’t currently work outside the home)? I was an office manager in an equine practice. In Poland, I worked as a dietician in a hospital.
Share your thoughts on the concept of “it takes a village” – is it important for moms to join a village? When my son was born, I moved to San Diego and didn’t have friends or family there. Now I really see the power of a village! My whole motherhood would have started so much more easily if I knew how powerful the support from other people can be. This Fit4Mom village is an amazing judgement-free place where you can find help, support, and have fun! It’s so helpful to maintain your mental and physical health!
What is your favorite beverage? Coffee, matcha, and jasmine green tea - so basically everything with caffeine.
What is your favorite dessert? Chocolate with hazelnuts
You are given 4 hours of FREE babysitting. What would you do? Sleep, read, and watch a movie in a theater. So I need at least 14 hours.
What is your ultimate child-free vacation destination? Hawaii, to do some surfing!
How has becoming a mother changed you? I was surprised that my mood could be so dependent on such a small creature. I didn't think I could worry so much about someone, but also that his smile could brighten my whole day.
I am happiest when...my whole family is happy, when I had a good night sleep and my morning coffee ;)
