Swetha Krishnaswamy

What inspired you to become a FIT4MOM instructor?

I fell in love with the idea of working out with other mamas and building a space where we could move, connect, and feel powerful — even on days when our hair’s in a messy bun and someone’s got snack crumbs in our pockets. I wanted to support moms on their journey to feeling strong, confident, and never alone.

What format(s) do you teach?

I teach Body Boost and FIT4BABY — basically, I’m here for you through the bump, the burnout, and the bounce-back. Expect sweat, strength, and a whole lot of self-love.

What’s one thing motherhood has taught you?

That - just when you think you’ve figured it out… they change the game. Flexibility, grace, and a good sense of humor go a long way!

What’s your go-to pump-up song before a workout?

It’s either “Temperature” by Sean Paul (because who doesn’t love a little dancehall energy to get moving?) or “Sapphire” by Ed Sheeran when I’m vibing with something smooth and soulful. Depends on the mood — but both get me in the zone!

Coffee order or favorite treat to get you through the day?

Coffee? Nah, not my thing. I’m all about that taro milk tea(unsweetened) — it’s like a hug in a cup and makes everything feel instantly better.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I always wanted to be a doctor growing up! Life took a different turn, but I still get to help people — just with planks, push-ups, and positivity instead of prescriptions.

What’s your current mom-life motto or mantra?

“Progress over perfection.” Because real life isn’t filtered, and showing up — even when it’s messy — is powerful.

What’s your favorite exercise?

Glute bridges — they’re simple, effective, and make me feel like a total boss. Plus, they secretly help me power through mom-life things like carrying laundry, groceries, and sleepy toddlers.

What advice would you give to a new mama attending her first FIT4MOM class?

Come as you are — tired eyes, tangled hair, and all. This space is for you. You’re not expected to be perfect — just present. We’re here to support you, cheer for you, and celebrate your strength every step of the way.
